Tahini Satay Sauce

This tahini satay sauce is delicious and a nut free version of a peanut sauce or satay sauce. It’s delicious and I could probably drink it, ha ha. I love it on lettuce cups, meats, veggies, etc.

I used a dark soy sauce in this batch so it’s a little darker in color than normal.

I use it on my orange sesame beef lettuce cups (recipe here), It would be fantastic on my Thai chicken tacos (recipe here) or in a pad Thai (recipe here), grilled meats or with spring rolls (recipe coming soon).
