Pineapple, Coconut and Mango Smoothie

I love this pineapple, coconut and mango smoothie! It’s sweet and refreshing but not too sweet, I like my smoothies to be balanced and not too sweet. If you love a really sweet smoothie you can always add more honey. It really lets each flavor shine as the right moments and tastes delicious!

This pineapple, coconut and mango smoothie is perfect all year round, whether it’s on a hot day and you want to beat the heat or it’s snowing outside and you just want to pretend you are on a beautiful beach somewhere. It’s December when I am putting this recipe on here so I bet you can guess which one of those situations I am in currently. At any rate, this is easy to make and super yummy!

What you need to make this pineapple, coconut and mango smoothie:

makes ~4 1/2 cups

  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk – canned
  • 1 heaping tablespoon honey – more if you want it sweeter

Instructions

  1. Add all pineapple, mango, ice, orange juice and coconut milk and honey and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
