Coconut Lime Frozen Float

You put the lime in the coconut and drink them both up! That song was written for this coconut lime frozen float which is a dessert/drink, it’s thick, frothy and frozen, like a milk shake but this is dairy free. I love the flavors of coconut and lime together in sweet treats as well as savory.

This coconut lime frozen float almost tastes like a key lime pie or lime cheesecake but it’s more coconut based. You could sprinkle some crushed graham crackers on top and it would probably tastes identical! You can also add lemon lime soda to the mix to give it a little sparkle and that will make it more of a drink. It’s delicious either way.

I made this drink as a shamrock shake for St. Patrick’s day because it gives the perfect huge of green! Check out the post about my St. Patrick’s day inspired dinner. Link HERE.
