One Pot Garlic Orzo

We love this one pot garlic orzo at my house. It’s so easy to make and only takes about 7-8 minutes! You’ll love it!

My kids can’t get enough of this dish with it’s nutty butter roasted garlic flavors that run through out it. The pasta soaks up the garlic butter and chicken stock and makes it extra delicious. I love that this dish is one pot too.

The key to this dish is to stir it frequently so it doesn’t stick to the bottom and cook it on a simmer. The pasta will cook up all the liquid and you will have the perfect sauced pasta after it’s done cooking. Then you stir in the parmesan cheese for the perfect cheesy touch.

This one pot pasta dish makes the perfect side dish but can fully be eaten as a main course too. I like to serve it with grilled Italian pork steaks. It’s also great with some roasted chicken like my Easy Pan Roasted Chicken or seared steak.
