Chicken Bites

These chicken bites are easy to make and taste delicious! They are moist and flavorful and cook up quickly on a stove or you can thread them on a wooden skewer to cook them on a grill. The whole family will love them!

This recipe will feed 2-3 people or 4 kids. They taste like grilled chicken nuggets and taste great in any dipping sauce you like.

What you need to make chicken bites:

Serves 2-3

  • 2 chicken breasts – diced into bite sized chunks
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop chicken breast into bite size pieces. Place into a bag with milk and pickle juice and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour.
  2. Remove from bag, pat dry then toss chunked chicken in olive oil then season with spices.
  3. Cook in a pan until they are cooked through or cook thread them on a wooden skewer and cook them on a grill.
