Ultimate Stuffed Jalapenos

These ultimate stuffed jalapenos are super flavorful! They are fully loaded with sausage, bacon, sour cream, cheeses, green onions and topped with French fried onions. All the good stuff!

They bake up into snackable boats of deliciousness. These have a little spice, depending on the spiciness level of your jalapeno peppers. Some batches are hotter than others, this last batch I baked packed a punch.

If you or your guest aren’t fans of the heat, then use mini bell peppers instead of the jalapenos for all the great flavors without the spice.

I also love to top these with a little extra sour cream to balance out the spice, especially if you get a batch of some really fiery peppers.

Can you reheat these?

Yes! These can be reheated for about 5 days after you make them and still taste great! Just store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
